Why do Texas girls get singled out?
I never see any references to Alabama or Georgia girls. Or NJ, for that matter. And hey, if there's one state we can pick on, it's probably NJ.

Texas is not the South...but really that neither here nor there.
Texas gets picked on:
1. You are an easy target. (some sororities are threatened by TX "taking over"
2. Some of Y'all are All hat and no cattle", but MS. is pretty famous for that too. It is a great analogy. If you don't know what it means. Look it up, you'll never forget it.
3. Texas Pride is as dubious as Tridelt's "Blessing"

Texas girls don't get singled out as a. whole. There are fantastic Texas girls in all houses.
What people are pointing out is the fact that chi o took four Texas girls that nobody else wanted because of their reputations back home.
I believe these girls created such drama at one particular summer camp that they had to go to ole miss because they never would have made it into a sorority in Texas.

So they are proud of where they are from...and this is bad? i thought everyone is proud of where thy are from. This is just odd....they help the mississippi economy, they spread the word about a great university, they definitely are south....just different.
Tell your Texas alumni organizations to stop sending students your way if they are such a problem
