Kappa is rising whether you want to believe it or not, I think they have changed the most since I went through recruitment 3 years ago.

I agree. They compete more and more with XO, DDD each year. You will continue to get thumbs down on any post that suggests that because they have become a real threat to XO and DDD.

Pi Phi is definitely not rising, they're staying at the same level (sorry girls).
Theta stays the same (they have some cute girls).
Chi O is the same.
....
Honestly everyone's PC is so good this year that I don't think anyone can really move around the ranks this year. The only houses that moved are DDD (decline a little) and ADPi (rise a little, above Theta now).

Pi Phi is on the rise. Aopi was no longer competition for them this rush. There biggest competition this rush was Phi Mu.
