who got quota?

Okay theta! Instead of hanging out on this site bashing other sororities and defending your own, how about you go out there in the real world and work on making your house better!

Like so what, you didn't make quota. Go out there are recruit your friends. COB until you have a full house! Make girls excited to join theta instead of having want to take a chance with aphi.

Theta has tried for years to make themselves better. It's hard to get excited about rush when you already know most girls don't want your house. Not complaining, just telling the truth.

Why are you so obsessed by theta numbers?

this is so mean. Thetas are so nice, they don't deserve getting bashed all the time.

You know what? I'm glad Theta is here to give Ole Miss girls an opportunity to be part of our sisterhood. I wouldn't want my house to be any other and I went through recruitment as a sophomore with only Theta in mind because of exactly what Theta at Ole Miss stands for: love, sisterhood, and acceptance...no matter what.

We might be the smallest and "lowest ranked" and "least popular" house but you know what? We don't pretend to be the most popular girls on this campus because that's not what we're concerned about. We still have what matters: a wonderful sisterhood.

Sure we matched less bids, but we want girls who want to be here. If girls dropped from recruitment because they didn't want us, that's fine. We want girls who want to be Thetas and who will be proud to be Thetas and who will contribute to our house with their best talents.

So yeah numbers and popularity wise we might not match up, but we match up where it counts: with heart.

I'm proud of my sisterhood and happy to be where I am and hope you are too.

To right but wrong I don't know how temporary it is because they have done it at arkansas 3 years in a row now, every year since they added 2 new chapters. I think that it's a good idea to help struggling chapters and maybe they should think about looking at the Arkansas model and implementing it here.

if it weren't for theta, I wouldn't be in a sorority. I am SO HAPPY I got my bid to Theta. I wanted a sisterhood and to be apart of the greek community. I wanted my sisters away from sisters because I live SO far away. I decided to spread my wings and fly and transfer to Ole Miss. Being a transfer most houses dropped me just like that even though I have so much to offer. Theta didn't care about that. I love Kappa Alpha Theta for giving me a chance and letting me come apart of their sisterhood.

quality over quantity. No use in bidding girls who will drop anyway. Keep the girls who want to be in the sisterhood. I am not a Theta by the way, I just hate seeing the houses get bashed. All the houses have something to offer here. Yeah, theta has some work to do, but all the houses do.

No one is hating on Theta. We're just stating basic facts. Quota was 142. Theta got 120. Ergo they did not make quota.
