All houses except Theta got quota plus.

Quota was 142. Theta got 120. That is not near quota.
Why are y'all blindly saying "everyone made quota/quota plus" when it's not true?

You do know that the only campus where chapters have individual quota is Indiana, right? And that's because of bed rush.
Theta didn't meet quota. Quota is set for all groups at the campus. There is no "Theta's own personal" quota.

But that is only temporary. And the thing about balancing size is that the smaller chapters get bigger pledge classes in order to get up to the numbers the bigger chapters are at.
There's no way there was a smaller quota set for already the smallest and least popular chapter at Ole Miss.
