can you try for aphi if you go through pref?

So you would rather throw away a possible bid to one house and hope that you get chosen for Alpha Phi? Sure, you can give that a try.
Yes, you can rush Alpha Phi if you do not get a bid, even if you sign the bid card after Pref. Good luck with that. But no whining if you are left without a bid anywhere after APhi rush.
