Phi Psi, SAE should be in same tier with sig pi, sig pi isn't a whole tier better than them, if anything they're equal. Move beta to bottom. There's no reason for this "lower" tier. Having 4 tiers for 14 fraternities is overkill, keep it simple with 3.

I seriously doubt a sig pi wrote this I know so many of them and none of them think they are an entire tier above phi psi and sae. I honestly think someone else wrote this to make it look like they were self ranking.
