UMSgreek sent out emails today with the final GPA being used by sororities for recruitment. They're using a friend of mine's weighted average, but my non weighted. Why is this?

Use the GPA that ole miss has and is on your high school transcript. My weighted was a 3.6 and they used that. My unweighted was a lot lower.

If that's true, then they messed up! You dodged a bullet on that one!

They should only be looking at your unweighted!

Maybe your high school doesn't weight averages?

I know my high school doesn't weight averages. With it weighted I would have had about a 4.0 but my hs doesn't weight anything so I have a 3.6. I hope it's good enough.
