networking? connections?

As an OOS PNM, I knew early on that connections would play a huge role in having a good rush. Just wondering, what is an idea of "good networking"? Let's say for house XYZ (a competitive, mostly MS house) I know about 15 girls pretty well and have met many more, and have gone to a couple pregames this fall. In your experience is this a good start or should I discount this house as one of my options? Don't want to get my hopes up.

It's not about what house it is, that's why I'm not going to mention the name. I just wanted a general idea of where my options are at, I'm going in completely open minded

If you are talking about kd, that does change the picture. Most girls know that many kd's and have been to more than a few pre games.
