Actives will be called into standards for being arrested and put on probation. Girls lose their social privileges all the time!
During rush, in my sorority, if we have a favorite girl that we want to go to bat for, our rush team will ask us one question: Will we be responsible for her actions as a pledge? Is we say no, our girls will be removed from the list. If we say yes, then WE will be called to standards along side her if she messes up. If she does mess up then we both get called to standards. She will lose social privileges for one event, but as her sponsor, we will lose privileges for 4 events.
It's why connections are important and why we need to be solid in your reputation before we recommend you for membership.

As in female and male double standards or active and pnm double standards? Because actives will get kicked out of their sorority for being arrested. And I've known guys who have been asked to drop their fraternity after being arrested
