I will forget most of the girls I talk to that I didn't know before rush. But the new girls I meet that I DO remember are the ones I had the best conversations with. The conversations that start out with "where are you from" and "what's your major" and end with something completely random and natural. I hate having to fake a conversation. At first it's always forced, but when I really click with a girl and we have a natural, flowing conversation, I will absolutely remember her face. Maybe not her name.
Also I remember the girls with unique quirks such as a visible tattoo or 5 Cartier bracelets.

On Greek day or philanthropy I might talk to up to 30 girls. It's impossible to remember the names and faces of each of these girls. Rush rounds are quick and actives have very little time to prepare for the next round in between rounds. I will literally learn your name 3 minutes before running out to pick you up. If you're just an average girl who provides a decent conversation, I probably won't remember you. But if you're unique, in a good or bad way, I will likely remember you. And if our conversation is great and we really click or I think you're a great fit for my house after talking to you for 5 minutes, I will remember you and pull for you later.
