The point is why should we judge APhi at all? The sophomores at Iowa used terrible judgment, not every APhi house. The Cho O used terrible judgment. Should that reflect on Chi O's here's? No, but why are we condemning APhi when they don't even have a chapter here yet? Iowa is not a reflection on the girls who will become APhi's here.

The Chi O video has about as much to do with the Alpha Phi video as the APs at Iowa have to do with the new APs here! That's the point. Nothing! You can't judge one chapter based on some inappropriate actions in a chapter several states away....makes no sense!
Let the new Alpha Phis here make their own reputation and set their own standard. You might find they will represent us all very well!!! Give them a chance, don't prejudge.

Point- I'm not from MS. You would be horrified to know what many people in other states might ignorantly think MS people are really like! It's not very positive, but also not very accurate! Get to know the A Phis before you slap a label on them.

I don't think anyone is sticking up for the Iowa APhi's or think their behavior is acceptable. The point is that the new APhi chapter at Ole Miss shouldn't be judged by behavior at Iowa, and just because you went to high school with a girl who don't like doesn't mean that all APhi's are like her.

Yup....more Aphi bashing by some anon poster.....so afraid of a group not signed up to promote the Stepford Wives type of group think at Ole Miss.....wow.....I guess Ole Miss sororities want submissive women who are afraid to express themselves? Look at the online punishment if you not conform to the sorority group norm.....and be sure not to make any mistakes because they will engage in an unrelenting program of denigration.

Obviously you are in a group that does not forgive. It must be nice to always be perfect. I suppose you have never participated in a raunchy song or acted embarrassingly which was video taped and put on social media.

Typical old guard at Ole Miss.......don't make any mistakes, and for sure - don't embarrass anyone - ever. No compassion or forgiveness here......it must be a great sisterhood that you are in.
