I'm pretty, social, with a very strong resume. Just not in state. Will the OOS thing hurt me severely? What groups will still consider me with these attributes but a lack of connections

If you don't have connections there are some sororities that will drop you and others where it doesn't matter. For some sororities, connections are the most important things. Just go through rush and see for yourself where you land and quit stressing yourself out.
