why so hard on adpi?

I'm legitimately curious, because it seems like some are really hard on ADPi - why? Is it just because they are new? I remember after their first rush there was chatter about how they got the girls no one wanted. Well if a new chapter is coming to a school like Ole Miss, and holding their rush after formal rush, then that argument could be applied anywhere, they will pick up girls who got cut or dropped out of rush or didn't rush in the first place, right? ADPi is pretty strong nationally, is it perceived as an eventual threat to the so closed middle and top tiered houses? Is this the reception that any new house would get? Seeing posts about how they will never be any good when they've only been back on campus a few years seems...excessive.
