IDK which sorority you are thinking of...but ADPi is still the bottom. The house is the only good thing about them and even that is not going to help them.
They won't have a really good PC for a while

The houses that are taking great catches with little to no connections are going to be AOPi and Pi Phi. Sorry, ADPi. You're not even close to their level yet

I think this year will be different! They had a decent pledge class last year (better than theta) and this year with their new house, I think they will do even better.
They already have good membership numbers and have no reason to over bid. I think this year grades will matter. I think overall they will be looking for those girls without connections in other houses that are still great catches!
