The top tier fraternities have done well over the last few years. Good pledge classes, good grades, and campus involvement. There is a reason they are considered top tier. No changes coming as they continue to excel in these areas. Any disagreement is just wishful thinking.!

Ya'll don't get it! Fraternities and sororities do not "rise and fall" in the ranks! There is a certain status that comes with being in a historically "older" house. Unless there is a MAJOR screw up, like getting kicked off campus, the top houses will remain top and the mid will remain mid, the the bottom will remain bottom.
Argue all you want, but things will not change!
This goes for sororities as well!
