These are the rankings and everyone knows it.
DDD/XO-
KD/DG
KKG/Phi Mu
AOPi/Pi Phi
ADPi/Theta

95.5% of us will agree on this one. The problem comes in when girls want to put other sororities down for the sole purpose of elevating their own. It's sad and pathetic, but it happens every day!
I am in a great house, I love my sisters, but honestly, every sorority is fantastic here.

The / means the two sororities are equal. Theta and adpi are equal. Theta has been around longer and has a great philanthropy competition, while adpi is new but has worked hard to make their chapter great.

But this is how it currently is. KKG will get a great pledge class this fall but it will take a few more years for KD to fall below KKG. KD has lots of tradition at ole miss and will continue to get good girls from the south

I 100% agree. girls are catching on to KD's mean tactics and are going for the more real and approachable girls (Phi Mu and Kappa) I also think in 5 years Kappa will be above KD.

You're kidding right? Kappa will not pole vault over phi mu and dg and kd! They simply don't get the top girls! Sure they get great girls, but there is a difference between the middle tier and the top.
It's the difference between being "elite" and being "good".

Top girls from out of state still go xo and Ddd. KD even. Dg and phi mu are dearly loved by their legacies.
Kappa will remain where they are. There are just too many great girls who prefer other houses.

I love kappa. Their fun and have great energy. But it would take years of KD and DG decline for kappa to move up. Kappa will always be great but middle tier. The best girls from ms and oos go DDD and XO. Others go DG and KD.

I agree with nope. Kappa has some great girls, but they are a long way away from top tier.
its attitudes like this that KILLED dg's rush last year! Kappa should learn from their mistake.

Wasn't it xo? Didn't their pledges get in trouble for drinking a few years ago on bid day. (Bus incident). Obviously they were being encouraged to drink while on the chartered busses.
I find it weird because our new members are absolutely not allowed to drink on bid day until after all the official events are over. Like they all go out after bid day to various private parties, but our alumni would freak out if they found out that the older girls were giving pledges alcohol!

Totally agree! Been on campus only a day or two, but this is what tent talk is all about. There are girls on my floor already talking about dropping out of recruitment if they are stuck with only Pi Phi or below on their cards.
Everyone is talking about the Alabama Alpha Phi video and how pretty all the girls are. This is what the girls are hoping the Ole Miss chapter will be like.

these are just the tiers. this is saying that adpi and theta are on the same level. there is no order within the tiers.
tiers take a long time to determine. the upper tier houses you see here have coincidentally been the houses that have been here the longest. this is because their traditions and alumni work to build respected chapters that make them top tier.
