rec letter confusion

So I have a few women who are my mom's good friends who are more than eager to write me rec letters. But I read online on each of the chapter websites that we should only put in one rec letter. Am I reading this wrong? I have three KDs who want to help but if I can only have one write the letter, is there anything else I can have the other two do? They are all so sweet and I know them all equally.

Have 2 of them write a rec and the other write a Support Letter,which is a personal letter about you.
