There was a girl on my floor who swore she didn't know any tri delts until she actually came to Oxford. Swears she met a few at a bar and hit it off right away. She got a bid. But she was very very pretty and we all knew she would get a bid to whatever house she wanted.

SERIOUSLY?? have you looked at any of their social media? You see any overweight or girls who are not really, really pretty? No you do not.

Well connections are most important. Without those, you don't really have a shot at a top house unless you're pretty, have a great personality, and a good resume. Tri delt cares A LOT about appearances.

I have seen some fairly average tri delts around Oxford. Just like every other sorority, they have some average girls and some stunning beauties.
