national sorority rankings

As of June 1, 2015 college atlas.org listed the top 5 fraternities and sororities nationally. The 5 sororities in order are:
Chi Omega
Kappa Alpha Theta
Delta Gamma
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Alpha Omicron Pi
Unless you are always going to live in Mississippi, national rankings matter. Just a thought to consider when you go through rush.

Haha a majority of us aren't planning on living in Mississippi our whole lives. It's the national reputation that matters.

AOII is not one of the top 5 strongest national sororities. Tri Delt is way stronger nationally. But the others I definitely agree with.
PNMs, whatever you do, DON'T pick a house when you go through recruitment based on which house has the best national reputation. Go with the house that you feel at home in, because the OLE MISS CHAPTER will be where you are the next 4 years, regardless of where you move to when you graduate.
Besides, there isn't one organization that is strong in every. single. state. Whatever sorority you pledge, there is going to be multiple places in the country where your sorority isn't the best, even if it is nationally one of the best.

Unless you plan to move to Northeast Jackson and join the Junior League it does not matter what sorority you belong to.

Maybe not every single state, but it's a fact in every single region these houses are going to have at least one top chapter. Theta XO Kappa PIPHI

Maybe you should go to collegeatlas.com and read their selection criteria before you comment. So you only want people who don't read and do research?

These are social clubs, not some nerd scientific research think tank. We don't need to read no stinkin paper to decide what social club to join.

Nobody in Texas has heard of phi mu or aopi.

If connections matter so much at Ole Miss to get into DDD or KD then connections also matter on a national level, but nice try to blame Theta and AOPI.
