The lady writing your rec letter should call and find out this information for herself. PNM's never send in their recs or LOS directly. The recs are usually treated as confidential between the rec writer and the chapter. Occasionally a rec writer will share the letter she is submitting, but this is the exception, and not the rule.

each sorority has its own forms and process for submitting recs to collegiate chapters (hard copy and electronically). Rec writers just need to contact their national headquarters, national website or local alumnae association to find out details and get extra help if needed. PNMs should be prepared to provide information for rec writer in both formats. Get recs for every group on campus.

I'm not sure if you can send them electronically or not - but I know that you can send them in as a hard copy and I think that is the most common form that Tridelt at Ole Miss uses. And like the above poster said - you do NOT send a rec or a letter of support in yourself. The lady who writes it will take care of it herself (and she should know what to do, or figure out what to do if she doesn't know). So once you get your rec packet to your rec writer, she will take care of the rest.

My aunt was a tri delt and when she wrote my rec I just emailed her my resume so I'm assuming theirs is electronic. But whoever writes your rec should know that.

Try www.olemisstridelta.org. It gives an address to mail recs in to and lists an email address if you have any questions.

Probably much better information there than in this website.

Your rec writer can actually download the actual reference form from there.

my rec writer is a VERY busy woman. I am so lucky she is writing me a rec and find that time to do it. She wants me to find out most of this stuff, so she can just write it and send it.
