Has she only been following you for a few days then unfollowed? That could be to keep her follower count down.
Or has she followed you for weeks maybe even months? This could mean she saw the risqué pic and decided she didn't want you in her house anymore.
If you know a pic is risqué, why post it?

It means that she didn't like your picture and either you were never on her sororities interest list, or you ended up dropped from their interest list.
I personally will friend girls that I have heard about or that I am asked to check out. If I don't like what I see, I unfriend them.
If she unfriended you, you can guarantee an email went to the rush team and the alumni advisors telling them the reason why she doesn't want you as a member of her sorority.
Rush teams are not asked to unfriend girls their sorority is interested in. Ever!

She probably got scolded by following someone she doesn't know.
Honestly, if you posted something bad she wouldn't unfollow you. She'd still follow you to see if that was just a one time thing and give you an other chance or so she can show her sorority depending on how bad the picture is.
Don't over read this. Please. Some sororities can't follow girls they don't know so they don't get fined for dirty rushing (it's stupid but a lot of sororities can be strict about that).
