the end of dg?

So there is a huge law suit right now against Ole Miss DG that has made its way to nationals. If this case doesn't end in favor of DG, it is very likely that they will get kicked off campus....which would be huge because Ole Miss has the founding chapter of DG. Thoughts?

According to google, It was Winters v. Delta Gamma case in 2009. A social was at the powerhouse and a sorority member was injured and blames DG. She also sued the powerhouse but it looks to have been settled outside of court

1. Ole Miss DG is NOT the founding DG chapter.
2. If the lawsuit was that big of a deal, we would've heard about it by now.
3. I do not see how both DG and Powerhouse can be blamed. It's one or the others responsibility.
