Phi Delta is a bunch of rich hicks from the Delta. Typical Phi-Delt: Floppy Hair, Polo Shirt, Tag Watch, and a Z-71 Pick Up truck. I can only look back and laugh at how cool these guys THOUGHT they were. They would get their asses handed to them anywhere else in the world.

Bunch of guys who look like they have never bathe and always have bad hair. Have trouble paying their bills and most do not stay active.
