Delta Zeta is bad everywhere and so is AOP. Zeta would be a good fit here.

love AOPI my grandmother was Pres of the chapter at what is now Rhodes. They are strong at UGA. But the chapter has always ranked or been at bottom of Ole Miss. They had a harder time recruiting for many years Theta did better. Theta was close by Nationals due to low membership in recruiting. This happens to all weaker chapters by Nationals.

AOII is not a good house at most schools, don't know where you got that from. Kappa is amazing at like every SEC school. You could also argue Pi Phi
