yea, they do. This guy I was really good friends with wasn't greek yet and he was a freshman in the spring. This one fraternity hadn't come out and openly said they were doing spring rush, but they invited him over and offered him a bid after he met the president. It was hush hush, and led me to believe that if you're friends with a lot of guys in the same fraternity and the president approves then any fraternity will be willing to do that. Obviously I'm probably wrong, but all the answers you'll get on here are just more rough outline sketches.
