oos fraternity rush

What is rush like for an OOS guy who isn't able to just drive to Oxford for summer events? Would that really hinder my chances at a lot of houses or could I still be alright with making a good impression in fall rush?

When my brother went through rush, he wasn't restricted to like two frats. They really don't care if you are out of state or not. We're out of state and he didn't have a car until his junior year. Frats really don't care about the car problem because you can most likely find a frat brother to drive you to Oxford if need be.
