tattoos and formal recruitment

I have a 4.0 gpa, recommendations, lots of great things on my resume but I recently got a very large color tattoo on my arm for my granddads passing. Will this keep me from getting a bid ??

Maybe you should take a look at theta? A few of their girls that I know have really gaudy tattoos
