I agree Phi Delta is doing well but OOS only. Very weak in state. You really do need to be a strong in state fraternity to be considered top tier.

Aunt Pitty Pat is a fictional character from "Gone with the Wind". She was easily excitable. Too much excitement would cause her to faint, hence the smelling salts. Looks like @wow was about to pee her pants with all the superlatives and exclamation points.
