Lots of different rumors going around but I'm sure PNMs can expect to see a plan for the house during recruitment. And with the expectations on this campus you can bet their nationals will build one that is up to the standards. Bama ADPis house is outstanding!

The plans at State are stunning. While the house is being built, they're getting to live in the Sig Ep house, which is really nice too.

Alabama has more land for bigger houses. ADPi will get a great house, but it won't be nearly as big as the one in Alabama.

It won't be nearly as large as the bama house, but I'd bet money it will be a southern style, they won't make the mistake of having a non traditional house again, prob the reason they left in the 1st place. Can any adpi shed light on what they've heard?

Their old house (current Honors College) looked like a 1970s office building. Supposedly ADPi's national president OK'd the plans while she was suffering from Alzheimer's.

ADPi was supposed to break ground in the spring and that hasn't happened. If members themselves haven't been told/shown any plans, I doubt pnms will

Heard they are breaking ground early September, new mems will probably get a chance to live in sooner than later. The Starkville house is big and traditional, excited too see what they do in Oxford.
