From UT or TCU you should be fine. A&M or Baylor will be a maybe. Anything else might be a problem. I would suggest you check all your contacts and see if you have any mutual contacts with any ole miss tri delts from Texas. They can tell you how well you will fit in. You should probably check with the chapter to see their affiliation policy. Tri delts have been burned by transfers before. They are a very tight group and affiliating might be tricky without knowing any girls in the house beforehand.

So you're not even sure you are transferring here? If you are looking for warm fuzzies on greekrank, you are looking in the wrong place. As Texas tech is not as strong of a chapter as ole miss, you might have an easier time there. Ole miss Tri delts are known for many things like looks, popularity, and money; but they are not known for being overly nice to transfers.

Sure there are going to be exceptions, but any ole miss sorority is Leary of transfers. We have one of the most competitive rushes in the country and girls will often start out at smaller schools with the hopes of getting a top house then transferring in. Happens every year and it is really looked down upon.

You should fit right in with the ole miss Tri delts with that attitude. Thank god you are not a member of my sorority. We would eat you for lunch and snub you after.
