I really don’t think anyone cares what frat a guy is in. It mostly depends on where you are from. Girls from all sororities date guys in all the frats. Additionally, you don’t need to be in a frat to date a girl from any sorority.

I’d say the opposite is true guys will date a girl and not care at all what sorority she is in. Girls care way more about ranks and what frat a guy is in.
