Two things to consider:

First, your poor spelling indicates that you struggle with grades. This is a deal breaker for sorority membership. Even the sororities with the lower chapter GPA's still have grades standards. No chapter can afford to offer a bid to someone who could be likely to flunk out of school or contribute to totally tanking the chapter GPA. Pnm's have to prove that they are capable of keeping up their grades while juggling the requirements of sorority membership.

Second, COB starts after formal recruitment is over, but it is not a secondary rush or a backdoor to getting a bid, especially not at Ole Miss. There are not many COB's handed out at all. Most chapters are too large to qualify for COB, and the ones that do qualify will be looking at the girls they liked who dropped out of formal recruitment. These are pnm's they already met and had in mind for a possible bid, so they have a distinct advantage over someone coming in cold that the chapter has never met. Also to keep in mind is that a house that releases a pnm in the early rounds of recruitment is not going to turn around and offer her COB, and there are some sororities here that still adhere to 'once cut always cut' with no second chance.

Your best chance for a bid at Ole Miss is not to count on a COB, but to go through formal recruitment as a freshman and see what happens, keeping in mind the above information.

Chapters that take the most cobs are aopi, pi phi, axo, and adpi. Phi mu and a phi will take some but not as many as the others. If you get dropped from a house you cannot receive a cob from them so keep that in mind

Well, there's no rule against a house dropping you and then giving you a cob later. 'Cannot' receive and 'not likely to' receive are different things. It actually can happen; odds are low but it's possible.

The report shows phi mu took zero. If you check their insta page they took about 15 COBs in the spring. AXO -14. ADPi 15. AOPi 8. PBP 3. Some just do not like to report taking COBs. Depending on how many graduate chapters might be required to take COBs from their Chapters.
