Ok let’s be real here, you step on campus and there’s no need to discuss a phi versus pi phi. Girls will notice it during rush when they step into the houses it’s a complete different experience. Let them forgive it out for themselves and they’ll learn.

I actually see a phi on this level. Them and phi mu are similar. Yes a phis gpa sucks very obvious, but compared to the houses below them they have the best retention rate, don’t have an issue filling their house like the others, and have way better swaps then the houses below them. They need to clean up their rep tho to be respected on this tier.
