What people on this site will tell you is all negative bc they are jealous of other houses. One of the main houses getting bashed is Theta. It's funny bc on campus they are very respected. I have a lot of friends in Theta and they are very fun and pretty girls. A lot of them prefed and got dirty rushed for some top houses but didn't feel comfortable in them or it didn't work out last minute. Sure Theta is not top tier but they are a lot of fun, sweet girls. The past two years have had the best pledge classes and a lot of them are pretty popular with the guys. Guys I've talked to always get excited when they have a swap with Theta!! Like pi phi and Kappa they are a blast.
