tiers

In my opinion you can't go wrong with any house. That's why I have instead of different "tiers" different categories. No one house is better than any other, it's just what group you are looking for:

Party houses(no order): these are the houses that guys love and have the most fun.
Piphi kappa theta

Mississippi houses: these are mostly your old fashioned mississippi girls and legacies: KD XO DG Tri delt

Phi mu I put in it's own category just bc they don't follow under either of those . They are more of your stereotypical sorority girls.

AOPI: has it's own category as well bc they are almost NOT your typical sorority girls.

ADPI: hasn't been around long enough but we are assuming they will eventually fall under party houses.
