fraternities oos

Will I have a chance to get a bid from a mid/upper tier fraternity? im Out of state and have a 3.75 GPA and know a couple people in a few different fraternities.

News flash: 50% of the guys going through rush will be from OOS. People need to quit freaking out about being from OOS. Mississippi residents still get judged and cut the se way. Being from Mississippi is sometimes harder because everybody knows their reputations already.
