How early do sororities start looking at girls who might rush? Do they only look at seniors who have signed up for rush or do they start looking at sophomores/juniors in highschool maybe freshmen who look like they will probably go to Ole Miss and go through recruitment???

We start looking at them when they are seniors and have been accepted to ole miss.
