Have the girls that you know who will be alumni introduce you to a few of their younger sorority sisters, who can then introduce you around to more sisters. Easy. The actives you know can do the same. All it takes is one girl who likes you enough to introduce you to all her friends and stand up for you during voting.

You'll be fine not networking. There is a sorority for everyone that keeps their options open and doesn't look down their noses at the lower tier houses. Keep in mind that our less popular sororities still have amazing girls who simply lacked the connections in the more popular sororities. Doesn't make them losers or bad girls, just makes them normal girls who didn't know anyone and joined a sorority to meet girls and have a great college experience.
