Your legacy status will certainly help you, but will not guarantee you a bid. Tri Delt is a great sorority, but you would be doing yourself a favor by not putting all your eggs in one basket. Whatever you do, don't show favoritism or some of the other houses will drop you.
With you being from Mississippi, the older girls more than likely have already heard about you. They will Facebook stalk you, look for mutual friends, then ask any mutual friends about what you are like. Might help, might hurt depending on how many random friends you have on Facebook. Also keep in mind that alumni play a huge roll in recruitment and they will likely stalk you as well. Best piece of advice would be for you to clean up your Facebook (and other social media pages) and used it as a marketing tool to market yourself.
Aunts and cousins will not help or hurt. Triple legacies often find themselves cut from legacy houses. It's not personal, legacy status just doesn't mean the same today as it did 20 years ago.
