sig ep to phi tau?

So are the Sig Eps actually taking over Phi Tau? How are they allowed to do that?

All of the sig ep new initiates who are going through rush and intend to go phi tau. There is around 40 guys who got initiated so that will pretty much be phi taus pledge class. All older members willl not be aloud to go through rush.
