Not great. We don't have upperclassmen quotas this year. It can be done, but you will need to be amazing with lots and lots of friends in the houses.

go ahead and rush, or if you don't want to pay that fee you could see who is doing open bids in the fall. Usually that's the houses that would accept sophmores anyways and it's a lot less pressure.
