Phi Mu is first tier if you are including KKG as first tier.

If you switched AOPI and Alpha Phi and houses on each tier were equal this would be it. The bottom houses are actually great houses with great girls, the only reason they rank lower is because of grades, community involvement, etc. Still great houses though. Alpha Phi is very desired house in recruitment and therefore deserves to be higher.
