KDs biggest alum getting sued
by: BlindsideMichael Oher is suing the Tuohys for making money off his name and pulling a brittney spears conservatorship on him when he was barely 18. The family including the mom and daughter both KDs here-and big donors to the new KD house have been getting proceeds from the movie for decades and giving Michael nothing. Not surprising. Ole Miss KDs are bigots with Bible quotes in their bios.

Leanne Tuohy runs KD. She has final say for every single PNM and makes sure all actives are in line. I dropped my junior year because I couldn’t take a 60 year old woman running our chapter. She donates so much money that they can’t tell her no. Before rush, the actives have to show her their outfits to get her approval. It’s horrifying and she is not kind when it comes to appearance. She deserves all that’s coming for her.

Just another KD alum out there stealing money from college kids. She must have picked out those horrible looking drapes.
It’s kind of like slavery-she fed and clothed a strong black man and made millions off his back.

Oher wrote this in his 2011 biography and acknowledged that this was a conservatorship and not an adoption.
"There was one major event that happened right after I graduated high school: I became a legal member of the Tuohy family. It felt kind of like a formality, as I’d been a part of the family for more than a year at that point," he wrote.
"Since I was already over the age of eighteen and considered an adult by the state of Tennessee, Sean and Leigh Anne would be named as my ‘legal conservators.’ They explained to me that it means pretty much the exact same thing as ‘adoptive parents,’ but that the laws were just written in a way that took my age into account.
"Honestly, I didn’t care what it was called. I was just happy that no one could argue that we weren’t legally what we already knew was real: We were a family."
Oher also wrote that his biological mother was brought in for the conservatorship hearing and that she "supported the decision to have the Tuohys listed as my next of kin and legal conservators."

The Tuhoys have now made a statement claiming that Michael Oher has tried this tactic before but other attorneys dropped him as a client once they saw proof of attempted blackmail. Recently he demanded $15 million dollars from them. The family also claims that he was paid for "The Blind Side" and they have the receipts to prove it.
