if I can't Secure some rec letters for a few chapters am I screwed? And is one rec at some chapters okay or do I need two

Depends on the house and the individual girl.

You need one for every house, just one is fine though. If you cant find one contact your local alumni chapter..I'm nowhere from MS and I managed to get all mine so I'm sure you can too
