gpa for rush????

I've heard a bunch of mixed messages on what the actual GPA needed for rush is. On the Panhellenic website it says a 3.0 or higher. Will having a GPA of a 3.0 ruin your odds of getting into a sorority though?

Most houses would still consider that a grade risk. They can only take a limited number and prefer not to take any. You would have a solid chance at adpi, aoii, aphi, or axo though

Actually you are in a great position. You know now which houses are going to actually be considering you for membership and can concentrate your efforts there. You have time to make connections in those houses and find your home.

It is much worse to have a 3.6 and make it through grade cuts and start to really love a house and get cut during a later round because you didn’t have connections.
