FRATERNITIES:
KA/EX: While I would put KA on top of EX since they are on social probation, Hayseed was a terrible excuse for a party, especially Saturday. That was KA's big party of the semester and was outdone by Sigma Pi the same day. Also, the semester's almost over and EX will be back in a month I think.
EN/Phi Delt: While Sigma Nu has yet to prove itself with Woodstock, Phi Delt threw a great party weekend last week.

Kappa Sig-Gets the edge over ATO due to their better rush, and ATO's extremely odd freshmen pledge class.
ATO-Good spring party with GatorBash, well rounded fraternity, nice guys.

Pike/SAE-Both have hit or miss reputations. SAE threw a much better spring party.

Phi Psi-Kind of weird, good spring party.
Sigma Pi-Still new but improving fast.

Delta Psi-Obviously the smart guys, but sadly thats about it.
Beta-Guys that didn't fit in usually, really nice though and good spring party.

SORORITIES
XO-Gets the best rush due to Mississippi influence and history. Therefore has very pretty and down to earth girls.
DDD-Has probably the best house, beautiful girls, and a lot of fun.
KD-Very similar to DDD with even more involvement. Not as good of a rush.

DG-Great history, good rush, smart and pretty.

Kappa/Phi Mu-Opposites yet equal. Kappa is wild, Phi Mu is more girly, both are fun and pretty.

Pi Phi-Out of state, fun, pretty, ok rush.
AOPi-Nice but lack of campus presence

i agree that KA and EX aren't all the hype. people say KA gets the "best rush" because they have so many members but what most people know is that you can't drop KA, you have to get kicked out. so it makes them seem the best. I personally think EX and EN are the top two. And yes parties do matter because if a fraternity has good parties then all of the girls are going to go to those houses with good parties.

Probably out of the 20 most beautiful girls I have seen here 15 are probably XO's. As a whole though they are not as pretty as DDD or KD.
