aphi looking to transfer

what schools have a phi chapters that are established and are considered a good house? If you are initiated does it automatically transfer or do they vote on you? Do they hold it against you that you came from a chapter that is not as good as the one you transfer to?

APhi is a top chapter at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Plus, Boulder is a super fun place to go to school, and has decent academics as well, with a wide variety of majors.
