Do girls still get gifts all week/big bid day package

I was a pnm in 2008, back then it was very common for girls to get packages all week long, ending with a giant bid day packages from parents. I'm just curious if this is still a thing? My cousin will be going through recruitment this fall :)

Alums ranking houses or bashing chapters is psycho. This seems like an alum that loves her time at ole miss and just asked a simple question-maybe she has a relative or friend coming-maybe she is thinking of starting a business-maybe you are being bitter.
