True for fraternities but I think DG edges out Phi Mu still. If Phi mu gets a better class next year again I think they will be better.

SigEp should be middle, between Pike/SAE and Phi Psi. Just because 3 guys screwed up doesn't mean that the entire chapter of over 120 are bad people.
