The houses that have to cob to meet quota are phi mu, aphi, adpi, aoii. This is a sign that a house is struggling. This is especially true about aphi who cobs constantly and publicly. Last semester they had 70 members drop because their reputation gets in the way of a lot of members having a social life

i also know that guys will sometimes ask their girlfriends to drop aphi because their rep hurts their frat.

i dont think thats why theyre dropping. their reputation is literally partying and having a big social life. my roommate when we were freshman was an aphi and she said it was because of their exec last year but idk maybe thats just her
